Term of sales

Kiddsty.com owner  is OÜ Lunder (registry code 14241701), located at Tartu mnt. 50a Tallinn 1015. The relationship between OÜ Lunder (hereinafter referred to as the Kiddsty online store) and the Customer is governed by the sales terms prepared by  Lunder  OÜ and the applicable laws of the Republic of Estonia. Specifically, the Law of Obligations Act, the Consumer Protection Act, the Commercial Activities Act, and Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes.

Kiddsty reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions. Such changes will be reflected on the website www.kiddsty.com. The terms and conditions apply when purchasing goods from the Kiddsty online store.

1. Pricing Information

1.1. The prices of products sold on the Kiddsty website are in euros. All prices include a 22% VAT.

1.2. All prices on the Kiddsty website apply from the moment an order is placed until the payment deadline expires, which is 1 day after the order is placed.

1.3. Kiddsty reserves the right to make changes to the sale prices, and all changes will be reflected on the website www.kiddsty.com.

1.4. If the buyer makes a purchase and the shopping cart total is under 95 euros, a shipping fee will be added starting at 3.59 euros for SmartPOST, Omniva parcel machine, or DPD parcel machine deliveries. In exceptional cases, if the product is large and heavy or if it doesn’t fit in a parcel machine, courier shipping must be selected. Venipak, Smartkuller, or DPD will deliver the item, and the shipping fee for orders under 95 euros starts at 5.99 euros.

1.5. If the buyer makes a purchase and the shopping cart total exceeds 95 euros, the goods will be delivered to the designated parcel machine for free. Large or oversize parcels that do not fit in a parcel machine will be delivered to the buyer’s address by courier for free. Free shipping does not apply to oversized furniture (beds, wardrobes), in which case shipping charges will depend on the size and weight of the item.

1.6. If the product is oversized and cannot fit in a parcel machine, the only shipping option will be a courier.

1.7. Kiddsty has the right to cancel the sale agreement and request the return of the goods if the price of the item on the website was significantly lower than its market value due to an error.

1.8. For different promotional campaigns, various discounts cannot be combined. If a product is part of a campaign (e.g., a discounted price or free gift), double discounts will not apply, and loyalty discounts will not be added to discounted items.

2. Order Placement

2.1. To place an order, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart.

2.2. When placing an order, all required fields must be filled out carefully, and an appropriate delivery method must be selected. After that, the invoice will be displayed, and you can choose from the following payment options:

  • Pay by bank transfer: The order will be processed once payment is made.
  • Pay via bank link: Convenient and secure payment option for immediate payment.
  • Pay via PayPal: Convenient and secure payment option for immediate payment.
  • Pay via Inbank installment: Convenient and secure payment option for immediate payment.

2.3. The sales contract will come into effect once the payment has been received in Kiddsty’s account. The seller will send the customer an email with an order confirmation and invoice.

2.4. Orders that have not been paid for will be canceled 12 hours after the order is placed.

2.5. If the ordered product cannot be delivered due to stock unavailability or for other reasons, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible, and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded within 14 days of the notification.

2.6. Orders made on Kiddsty’s website are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00).

3. Account Registration and Promotions

3.1. Orders on Kiddsty’s website can be placed in two ways: 1. As a guest, without registering an account; 2. By registering an account under “My Account.”

3.2. By registering an account on Kiddsty, a 5% loyalty discount applies to all full-price purchases. The discount applies to full-price items only; it does not apply to already discounted products. To view discounted prices, the customer must be logged in. The loyalty discount does not apply to Kiddsty gift cards.

3.3. After creating an account and entering the correct information, the customer will receive an email confirming the registration.

3.4. Promotional discount coupons cannot be combined. Only one coupon can be used at a time, and it does not apply to shipping costs.

4. Delivery and Delivery Times

4.1. Shipping is based on a fixed pricing list for Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.

4.1.1. Shipping to Finland: Itella SmartPOST parcel machine delivery is 10.99€. For orders that do not fit in a parcel machine and are shipped via courier, a separate shipping fee applies. The shipping cost will be sent via a separate invoice; for inquiries, email info@kiddsty.com.

4.1.2. For delivery to other countries, please contact us at info@kiddsty.com or call +372 59 129 008 to clarify shipping terms.

4.2. After the sales contract is confirmed, Kiddsty will process the order. The delivery time for products in stock is usually within 2-3 business days; orders may be shipped the same business day if possible.

4.3. If the product has a specified delivery time, such as “Delivery within 5 business days,” it means that the product will arrive at Kiddsty’s warehouse within 5 business days, after which it will be shipped to the customer. If no specific delivery time is stated, the product is available at the store.

4.4. If for any reason the product is out of stock, the customer will be notified immediately of a new delivery time, or a refund will be issued.

4.5. Ordered goods will be shipped via Itella SmartPOST, Omniva, DPD, or Venipak couriers.

4.6. If the delivery address is incorrect, the buyer is responsible for any delays.

4.7. Large items (furniture, beds) will be delivered by courier to the customer’s front door. For large items, the shipping cost applies regardless of the shopping cart total. Courier service does not include delivery to upper floors in apartment buildings.

4.8. Products delivered by courier will be handed over to the buyer along with the delivery note, which the buyer must sign.

4.9. Before signing, the buyer should inspect the products for any damage or discrepancies. In case of later claims regarding the packaging or product, Kiddsty will consider the condition of the packaging and product value decrease when returning the product.

4.10. Kiddsty is not responsible for delays in delivery if the products were handed over to the transport provider on time and the delay is caused by a third party.

5. Product Returns

5.1. After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to return or exchange the products within 14 days if they are unsuitable (certain products and services may not be subject to the right of return, as per § 53 (4) of the Consumer Protection Act). Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, such as pacifiers, bottles, hygiene, or cosmetic products, cannot be returned if opened.

5.2. The buyer must notify Kiddsty about the return in advance. To use the 14-day return right, the product should not have been used other than to verify its nature, features, and functionality. If the product has been used for other purposes or shows signs of use or wear, Kiddsty has the right to reduce the refund based on the product’s decreased value.

5.3. To return a product, the buyer must submit a return request to info@kiddsty.com within 14 days of receiving the product.

5.4. The buyer must return the product within 14 days of submitting the return request or provide proof that the product was handed over to the carrier within this period.

5.5. Kiddsty will refund the paid amount for the returned product within 14 days after receiving the product, but shipping fees are non-refundable, and return-related costs are not compensated.

5.6. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. The product can be returned at Kiddsty’s office or by sending it through a courier or parcel machine.

5.7. The returned product must be unused, and the tags should not be removed. If the product is damaged, the buyer must compensate for the decrease in value.

5.8. If the returned product is damaged and the damage is not due to Kiddsty’s fault, Kiddsty has the right to offset the damage caused.

6. Right to Make a Claim

6.1. Kiddsty will respond in writing to any claims submitted by the buyer within 15 days. If more time is needed to respond, Kiddsty will notify the buyer of the delay and provide a new deadline.

6.2. Kiddsty is responsible for any non-compliance or defects in the goods sold to the buyer, which appear within two years from the date of delivery.

6.3. The buyer must contact Kiddsty regarding any defects within two months of noticing them and provide details such as the order number and description of the defect.

6.4. The product cannot be used if a defect is identified. Kiddsty and the buyer will agree on the repair or replacement of the defective product.

6.5. Kiddsty is not responsible for defects that occur after the product is delivered to the buyer due to improper storage or misuse.

6.6. In addition to the consumer rights, products are also covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty terms are included with each product if applicable.

7. Direct Marketing and Personal Data Processing

7.1. Kiddsty uses the buyer’s personal data (such as name, phone number, address, email) solely for processing orders and delivering goods.

7.2. Kiddsty may share necessary personal data with shipping companies to deliver the product.

7.3. Kiddsty will only send newsletters and offers to customers if the customer has explicitly consented by providing their email on the website and opting in for direct marketing communications.

7.4 Customers can unsubscribe from receiving emails and newsletters at any time by either sending an email or following the instructions in the received email.

8. Kiddsty rights

8.1. Kiddsty has the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock and cannot be restocked. In such cases, the customer will be refunded.

9. Dispute resolution

9.1. If a customer has complaints about Kiddsty, they should contact the store via email at info@kiddsty.com or by calling +372 59 129 008.

9.2.  If the dispute cannot be resolved through agreement between the customer and Kiddsty, the customer can contact the Consumer Disputes Committee, which is authorized to handle disputes arising from the contract between the customer and Kiddsty. The examination of complaints by the committee is free of charge.

9.3. The customer may also approach the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform.
